Muscle Building with Weight Loss
If you are a novice in the gym and have recently joined a weight loss and muscle development program, you are perhaps wondering of an easy and convenient way to build muscles and lose weight without the daunting task of going to the gym. Well truth be told, there is no such way of doing both without breaking some bones and dropping some sweat. If you are only into weight loss, than you can avoid eating fats and carbohydrates and with regular jogging and/or swimming you can lose oodles of weight without even hitting the gym. But muscle building is different and you have follow a comprehensive and strategic program as planned by the fitness instructor especially in case you are a participating in a muscle building program for the first time.
Effective muscle building with weight loss
One important fact you should keep in mind is that you can’t loose weight and build muscles at the same time. Technically its impossible to do so as for instance, say you require 500 calories extra every day to gain the strength for working out and build muscles, again as you are on weight loss too, you will have to reduce your calorie intake as more calories adds up to your weight. So technically it is impossible to reduce weight and gain muscle at the same time. In such a case your instructor will put more emphasis on your weight loss first. He will instruct you in a physical training regime consisting of physical activities like aerobics and cardios that are designed for burning fat. You will also be asked to follow a particular weight loss diet that will be designed especially for you considering your appetite and body requirements.
After successfully completing you weight loss program and loosing that extra fat, your physical instructor will put you in a muscle development program with a new set of excercises and a new diet regime.
Muscle development exercise are more rigorous and hard to perform in an initial stage. They basically encompasses weight lifting and exercise that triggers muscle growth. You will also be asked to do cardios and aerobics as they help in maintaining general health and fitness which will be followed by weight lifting. After completing your muscle development program successfully you will finally see the difference and witness your improved muscular physique within 4 to 6 month of your weight loss and muscle development program. After that you will be advised by the instructor to follow a integrated program that includes aerobics and cardios as warm-up exercises followed by weight lifting and allied muscle workouts.
