You will also be asked to follow a particular weight loss diet that will be designed especially for you considering your appetite and body requirements.
After successfully completing you weight loss program and loosing that extra fat, your physical instructor will put you in a muscle development program with a new set of excercises and a new diet regime.
Muscle development exercise are more rigorous and hard to perform in an initial stage. They basically encompasses weight lifting and exercise that triggers muscle growth. You will also be asked to do cardios and aerobics as they help in maintaining general health and fitness which will be followed by weight lifting. After completing your muscle development program successfully you will finally see the difference and witness your improved muscular physique within 4 to 6 month of your weight loss and muscle development program. After that you will be advised by the instructor to follow a integrated program that includes aerobics and cardios as warm-up exercises followed by weight lifting and allied muscle workouts.
